At bChannels we specialize in the design and implementation of channel marketing programs for clients in the technology sector. Our focus is on the business-to-business relationships that drive success in this channel. Our goal is to maximize our clients' sales to end customers.

bChannels is all about the right people with the right skills focussing on the right clients. We refer to this as ‘focus’, ‘people’ and ‘competency’.

Focus


bChannels focus is the Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace. We work with clients predominantly in the IT and Telecommunications sector. We maintain a narrow focus on partnerships and channels, which is our strength. Although we will guide clients to the right solutions in other areas, we do not claim to offer all services to all people.

We believe that this focus differentiates us and makes us unique in our marketplace.

People


bChannels is a people business. We deliver a range of skills and competencies through a range of people, most of whom are based at our head office. We broadly divide our team into three levels:

A small team of subject-matter experts head up the business at Executive level. This team is supported by a group of Account Directors who lead specific client engagements. Program Managers are responsible for looking after day to day client activities.

In more remote countries, we also work with staff using a range of employment relationships, including sub-contracting of people through partner agencies.
