This tool provided partners and Channel Account Managers visibility of the revenue, certification and customer service information that establishes a partner in the Avaya program.

Dashboard Design

bChannels designed the dashboard application to track partner progress in the Avaya partner program. We created a dashboard that tracked the partner’s performance against KPI areas of revenue, certification, customer service and business planning.

Program Management

bChannels provided tools and resources to ‘feed’ the dashboard and provide an up-to-date status to partners and channel managers. We provided support desk services to enable partners and channel managers to understand how to achieve targets to gain additional rewards at higher program levels.
