For more than five years bChannels has provided audit services to Microsoft to promote program compliance amongst Certified Microsoft Learning Partners (CPLS) worldwide.

The CPLS network of several thousand specialist partners provides training for Microsoft technology professionals. We carry out partner audits in the US, Europe and Asia.

bChannels services for Microsoft

• Program Design - bChannels has been a core component in the Microsoft CPLS program for many years. In 2002 we developed the structure of the CPLS program with Microsoft, identifying the key partner requirements and mapping the processes to measure these. We consulted partners themselves as we developed this program.
• Partner Audit - Starting in Europe in 2003 we developed a specialist team who work with Microsoft CPLS partners on site to ensure that they comply with program requirements and the deliver the best possible training experience for students. During 2007 we were asked by Microsoft to extend our coverage into the US and Asia, displacing existing agency providers and establishing a consistent approach worldwide.
• Program Management - We provide reporting and analysis at the end of each audit cycle, recommending actions to increase channel effectiveness. We are currently planning worldwide CPLS activities with Microsoft for 2008/9.
