Our relationship with the Samsung IT team goes back more than five years and focuses on printers, monitors and notebooks. Starting with an audit of European partner engagement, we worked with Samsung to completely re-launch their channel program. Behind the program we designed and implemented the system and process infrastructure to manage it.

Program Design
Working with the Samsung team we developed a multi-tier program to engage resellers. We defined the requirements and benefits at each level and modelled the impact on current and potential channel partners. We supported sell in of the new program inside Samsung and developed external communication content.
Sales Out Reporting
We implemented our Sales Out Reporting System (SOR), developed by bChannels in partnership with Birch Worldwide. This system cleanses sales data captured weekly from distribution partners and delivers it into the core Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system. This enables use of the PRM system to manage channel relationsips, to compensate channel sales associates and to develop the channel program.
Incentive Program
We are now responsible for providing support to Samsung to run the program. This includes management of Samsung Powerpoints, a channel incentive program and processing of associated payments to Samsung channel partners.
Why this matters to Samsung
bChannels has worked with Samsung to develop the IT reseller program from a 'blank sheet' into the integrated and effective model that exists today. This has been part of the success that has driven sales through the Samsung IT channel to record levels in recent years.
