Our Story


In the same year that saw the launch of Tivo and Blackberry, bChannels starts operations in the UK focusing on our channel knowledge to design channel programs.


In the year that brought us Minecraft, the iPhone 3GS and the founding of Uber, we move to address a gap in the market to educate and enable partners to deliver partner marketing and create our first European partner marketing team.


We opened our first international office in North America, followed shortly after by offices in Australia and Malaysia. For global clients we offered a local presence in all major markets for the first time. In another first, Apple became the world's most valuable company.


Development starts on the prototype for what becomes our global partner capability database, Intelligent IndexTM. In a significant year for the power of artificial intelligence and data insights, the first version of the Echo Dot was released by Amazon and Google launched Google Assistant. 


Over 150 bChannels people help vendors and partners with ease of access to data, planning and packaged digital marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth to and through partners.
